Original, unpublished and work currently not under review by other publications should be submitted. All submissions must be done through Easychair at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=inmic2017

Full Paper:
Minimum of 4 pages (no more than 8 pages), must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates (will be uploaded soon). Paper must be original and relevant to one of the conference topics. Please do not include author names and affiliations in the manuscript. This is a double blind review process. Author information should be supplied in online submission.

The submission due date for Full Papers is August 31, 2017.

Only accepted Full Papers that have gone through the review process will be published in the 20th International Multitopic Conference (INMIC’17) proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore for indexing.

Poster Submissions:
For authors interested in a poster submission only (no publication in the proceedings), the submission portal can be found here. A poster with size: 2.5x2.5 feet along with 2-3 pages extended abstract (pdf version) is required. The content needed on poster includes title, research area being explored; scope of the work done, methodology used, applications, learning objectives achieved, etc. The extended abstract must contain the details of the research idea to be presented such as the purpose and/or objective of the research, literature survey, applications of the work done, brief discussion on the methodology used and analysis done to conclude the results. Scope of the research and possible applications of the work done should be discussed. Moreover, brief details about the presenter/presenters should be included.

General Instructions on Paper Review Process:
All the submitted Full Papers will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee (TRC) and assessed on the basis of originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of expression. Accepted authors will be notified on October 13, 2017, and a camera ready paper submission will be required by October 27, 2017. The review committee may recommend rejection of final papers that do not take account of reviewers’ requirements and expectations in an acceptable manner. The conference chair reserves the right to remove papers from the conference proceedings that do not meet the requirements.

Final submission with IEEE Xplore - compatible PDFs:
All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for IEEE Xplore compatibility. The detailed instructions will be provided to the accepted authors accordingly. For further questions on paper submissions, please contact the Publications Chair.

Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The author of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration at full (member or non-member) rate for the conference prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. There is no refund for cancellation but substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event. Failure to complete paid speaker registration before the deadline will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Any paper not presented at the conference will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
